Road to recovery in next 1-2 years Post Reply Rate topic

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	thanks for the info.. but I put it this way. I know Informatics as much, if not more than you do.. I never punt/invest in it. But I know of enough ppl who did. Dived until 10-20c, ppl think formally $1 stock can go back former glory. Never see FA, TA or even LA(if you take my points on local education market as LA... lol). but still kena stuck. Lucky for you, u vested super cheap. But alot of ppl hoping for former glory... ahh... But eh.. Landscape changed so much since then. And like you said, no longer have all those assets, how to support higher prices? and FA... Management to give price some uplift? I see I see it as a sad stock which cannot gain former glory already. It has it's good run, but wasted it. Unless a drastic management change or business venture.. Otherwise its not something i invest/punt in. To me, already quite clear who are the established market leaders in the education sector now. It's not like the past, where Informatics is the 1st place you go for higher IT papers... Like I said, I hope there is good news too. but I don't hope too much. Nothing much I see in the stock short term. If vested, sit or sleep on it. Now they are beginning to make profits.... they might also want to start investing in other business and perhaps own properties again... all are to be seen nothing is firm... I got no idea if they are already out of the woods.... yet :) Anyway........ out of the wood is just a matter of time... long term investing...not looking at short term negativity (IF ANY) Those whom talk about rising oh falling.... understood ed to be looking to make that half or 2 cents than take profits to buy coffee, pay phone bills...buy too, go casino... , sell and wait type :)   There is nothing wrong :). PPL money ppl's wish , their way of playing and punting and way to make their money work for them :) Likely day traders whom depends on Nett trade positive for salary - some say self employed via stock market or freelance traders, work from home,  while baby sits. So I do not think a direct comparison and a similar move in price recovery will happen for Informatics. Osim for one have been growing well in China. So they have a niche class market position which they have seize well and hence the price recovery. Informatics on the other hand, has already missed out too much. In the past years of faltering stock prices and business, it has allow competition from alikes from all over to gain market share. If you say pte dips, degs, woah.. so many choices compared to a few years back. And with the govt increasing uni places with SIT and other pte schs co-op with so many Unis from all over now. All one can see is an increasing crowded market place. So where is Informatics market position among so much competition now? A few years back I will have give it some chances. Now, perhaps overseas it can have some go at it. But like stocks, it's a big market out there. So how is Informatics positioning itself? Nothing new or exciting from them insofar... Perhaps in time to come it will recover. But I think it will be a really long time frame. It has allow itself to lose market share without any good comeback. I will compare it to Creative instead. Allow Apple to climb over it's market position as a PC music, then MP3 market leading player. Now?? some tablet without any market share can drive the price up and down so drastically. Maybe along the way can play abit.. But no news. Just hope...zzz. Any vesting in this will need a good pillow. Perhaps Osim massaging one will help.. lol   Just my 2c worth on a Fri. today price is siao siao. but only for those hoping n daring to have a quick play at it. GL!   Not vested. But really think it waste time trying to catch this micro penny hoping for Ah Lim to kick some magic dust.. lol

Osimm takes  less than a year from fall of 4 cents to above $1.... less than one year after its fall... from bad business after it starts to make money...it fly daily...few cents few cents.... even when it move up from 4 cents to  30 over cents, many still look at it and doubt.......than it moves up and stays at 70 cents ....again .... skeptic look at it with amaze... Keep looking...it moves above $1 and  later hit $1.70 ++.......... It was the  Euro Greece saga period that brought most rising stocks down a lot....  Ossim fell to still above $1 from $1.70++ Think it hits $1.77 high... from 4 cents....it moves due to it start making profits and  market expansion plan in China ..as it was said and belief that when CHINESE ion China getting richer.... naturally they wants to look for relaxation and Health... Got money NO health = no meaning... that's where Ossim selling    point came in... it boom...makes quarterly progressively up wards profits.. it drives interest... it set itself a target to open 100 stores in china per year..that's mammoth... it drives more interest....in its stocks as investers sees its reporting profits and progress... so it was a risen back from the dead  rising star just recently...the rest as they say are History.. Can Informatics emulate the Ossim story ? After all, it was also a fallen jewel... its share was above $1 once till it fall from grace due to  fake reporting from its OLD management.. the old management involves in the case was jailed eventually..  The bad saga have been years  back since... With Education, knowledge  selling point.... with New  economic giant arising like  CHINA and INDIA.... Parent would wants their children to attain better education to compete with its fellow country man and  future of their children.   Many whom were unable to get into Their country's top University would enroll them self for recognized private education... that's where... Raffle edu and Informatics and other comes to play... Informatics  can tout its history and new innovation in, technology and  new method of teaching... It would have a slice of PIE too....further its making profits from looses years back... Perhaps its time to be out of the woods...... its still a good time to get on...at low.. As it embark on its route to try to recover  to its former glory..... its a potential old Gem that might sparkle after a long period of gloomy past... Catch it before, new report that  might ask for a " buy call" . Given its awakening...potential to recover its lost glory from its heydays. After all Informatics was synonymous to one of the better name in private education..private degree..Diplomas...qualification certificates.. in IT.. recognized world wide..    :) So when reports comes out that its finally coming out of the wood.... and the price have moved and moving... coming on would be more costly.. It would then be one that you seen but missed out due to hesitation like Ossim.. .when it was just 4 cents.. :)
