Today like got energy to push forward....at least 6 cents up. this burger.on such day..when it move it would move consistently and convincingly for days.. speculations....only...based on past patterns...  something on... maybe contract wins...? This one really sometimes is expect the unexpected..happen quite a few time lately.. can be up so much when  others hardly move or red... when others move up alot , it sleep ? cannot understand sometimes..but there must be reason la.. Being strong on a weak day - mean it have that " reason" not known officially yet..to fly.. suspect contract wins..just suspect..

Less than 2 weeks ago was 1.30+ what  weeks change ....I figure it might take  one or 2 weeks for the whole placement issue to sink in..... 2 billion US dollars  in orders backlog...  :)

After bearish call, prices will drop when retails are selling and their house will mop it up on the cheap. After a bullish call, they will sell to poor retail suckers who are buying at a high. Believe in charts and general economic outlook for trading opputunities. Another house to be wary of is Goldman Sucks. Proven to profit from their own calls.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Fri closed: $1.21, then announced  Placement of 110m at $1.10. Px dropped to $1.12 immediately at open (-9c). So it looks like all 110m placement were dumped at a profit above $1.10 by the bookrunner or underwirter or new placees immediately! there is a loop-hole here when placement price is far below closing px - to the detriment of retail investors.

Placement share must always give reasonable discount to attract takers.. If you ask them to buy from you at market price, they say what - let me think. if you say, ok, I need money to use to make more money - I sell you discount from market lets 10% - potential buyers will look at your company and when they see wow - 2 Billion dolars of projects on hand - sure pls - give me - I take all :) There are interest takers instantly - sold out fast.
