Prevent shortists from covering. All the way.There are way lots of shortists in this stock. It has been downtrend since 40 cents how many shortists have not covered its amazingly alot. Yes, lm totally agreed wth u. If there is still fundamental in tis coy, there will b a strong support at a certain level n started to bounce up higher to stay in btw tt narrow range. Yeah it looks vry vry cheap now. I'll rather nt to b greedy than to b sad later. No offence, just my opinion.

Just for re-freshing, sharing on why px getting cheap and cheaper. Do home work, learn how mkt players play and on mkt behavior. How px is best arrive at, is left to market forces to decide. The lowest so far is 2.6c, but ended higher last Friday @2.9c...Happi Speculating, (those vested).

Investors invest in a company for many reasons. One thing for sure, they intend to make money. One of the reason could be because they believe in the business model of the company and in for the long term. But the other reason possible is they see a good story to be made, so they can sell the company higher in the future. Look at Peter Thiel, the hedge fund manager, who invested in facebook. Does he invest as he plan to be in for the long term? I guess the answer is NO. He saw a powerful story to be made out of facebook. He invested with the eye to unload as soon as Facebook went public. For Oceanus, as it is already a public company, so the intention may not be to bring it for IPO. These investors might see an opportunity to create a good turnaround story for the next unload. There was a good reading written a few years back when many S-Chip went under. You can take it as fact or fiction, it doesn't matter. Me think, been angry is one thing. Still, he 1 or not, to throw away his money just like that?. Me think, he has to sell anyway and on the way BBs start picking up his share along the way. Now that Ex-CEO share holding is less then 5%, trading prices may tail off.

Even if the ex-CEO is an angry man, I really don't understand why he would " dump his shares at low price to spite his ex-colleagues" . The volume involved is large and he is throwing his own money away, doing all this just to spike his ex-colleagues? Businessmen are very shrewd and calculating, it is difficult to believe the ex-CEO is that childish. There could be underlying problem with this company.

Yes, agree with you regarding luring bigger fools in to bail the high stuckist out. There were so many " promising" statements on some of the " Cannot Make it" (CMI) stocks where the price plummeted instead of sky-rocketed as some guys here have tried to draw a beautiful picture. To name a few, the following were some of the stocks: Raffles Education, China Milk and Oceanus (dropped from ~30-40cts to 2 cts).

Fundamentally, I'll not claim that I know better than any other average outsiders as well. And because I can't read the future, I can't claim that it will never become a multibagger with 100% certainty.When did the ex-CEO start selling big time? This stock has been in strong downtrend since 2010, surely he is not the only one dumping. Not vested, but sad to see many folks get victimized by bullshit, not only in this counter alone. To me these people with vested interest are not better than those con artists that cheated old folks money. |

I don't follow the industry/Oceanus business but I know the ex-CEO is a very angry man. That's why he is dumping his shares to spite his ex-colleagues. Since he has a tonne of the shares, he would just sell at any price to press it down. Just my good guess,..hahaha... When he is nearly done selling down to zero shares in his holding, the stock prx will almost surely rebound and could prove to be a quick multi-bagger. Only insiders and people who really work in the same industry will have a more accurate view of a company fundamental. Average outsiders only see the numbers " presented" by the company, but give lot's of bullshit as if they're more knowledgeable than the insiders. I suspect these outsiders are those stuckist (stuck at high), waiting for the bigger fools to bail them out, hence promoting a junk counter aggresively. They did it for 2 reasons:
I'm not saying that all pennies (" penis" ) can NOT be a multibagger. Only a small handful of penis can be a multibagger, and Osim is a good example. It was traded around 6 cents after the market crashes. But penises are the for a reason, and most remain as penises. Do not trust easily ass I've seen too many bullshit in the forum. When it sounds too good to be true, it may just is. I escaped China Hongxin, Hongwei, Celestial, China Sun Biochem, you name it, before they went under last time because I refused to trust bullshit. I stuck with Fibrechem and still hold the worthless paper today because I fell in love with it, a costly lesson not to be repeated. Cosco was 8 dollars last time during it's peak, but where is it now? Again, do not trust every " bullish" or " bearish" posting by any forumers. Many has vested interest, mainly to bail them out and so the next person can be the bigger fools than themselves.

I would like to ask a simple question. The share price of this company was about 40cents about 1-2 years ago and now it dropped to 2 cents. Yes, dropped to almost nothing. Does this company have any fundamental? What I am just worried is it might just go bankrupt, fold up the company and delist itself from the stock exchange altogetrher. We have seen many cases, don't we? 2.5 cents is really worrying. |
