In June 2011, launched the sales of  Premier@Kaki Bukit, a massive industrial development larger  than Harvest@Woodlands and is more than 85% sold at the  end of FY2011.  Also, Urban Residences, a 47-unit residential  project at 10, Lorong Ah Soo launched in 1Q2011, was more  than 70% sold at the end of FY2011.

Wonder why mtg never keep on share buyback like chip end seng . Hope mtg can give more dividen in the coming fy result to rewards loyalty shareholder like me. Happy new year
