Hot stock Yoma Strategic Holdings: Living up to the hype YOMA SP | Mkt Cap USD157.1m | ADTV USD8.1m Ø Yoma reported a strong set of FY2012 results which were again underpinned by sales of housing and Land Development Rights in Myanmar, where 222 plots of land were sold versus 35 plots in the previous year. Ø Profit was mirrored by strong cashflow, with cash generated from operations of SGD19m pushing cash balances to SGD20m, placing the company in a strong position for further expansion. Ø More positive developments such as the easing of US sanctions and reforms of the local currency will simplify the process of investment in Myanmar and continue to stoke the flames of the real estate market.
