With net profit but still lao sai.......last quater aso net profit.........is oni less than last yr..............hmm funny !!!! U see AIG net profit after 2yrs of losses and now pre market hv alreadi soared up liao, why so diff wan..... | ||||

wongmx6 Am wondering where did you see the 'Profit of SGD 552 million'? I think DBS has 'net profit decline of 17% to $552 million.' from 652 million in the prior year quarter. ?

What has national day got to do with the stock market? Dont forget singapore dont owe us anything...but we owe them a living...if cursing and swearing are the consequences or resultant of an investment...i will STRONGLY recommend the person to keep a distant...quite an eyesore to see these kind of unpatriotic remarks on singapore...purely because I am A Singaporean. |

Better profit also drop , uob result out also drop , drop 1st if gain then last. Today some analysis raise uob price to $18 ++ maybe they kena burnt also. |

At least when Ocbc report out, px still manage to go up for a day or 2 then slowly dwn......tis Damn Bloody Sucker straight away shot dwn...............no mood for national day at all........... In my opinion, DBS is for long, Penny is for short. Focus on the DBS's Dividend yield. it's still much more better than Fix deposit. |

Instead of playing with this huge animal, why not do some serious play with a penny?... Although it is more expensive to play with pennies, the rewards are so much greater... I would say, get into a penny which has formed a stable 'floor' for some months and wait it out (let nature take its course)... You won't have to wait long before smiling! ...
