Revenue is very important it shows if your growing or not. 2) EBITDA S$389.8 Million an increase of S$40 million as compare to 349 million in Q3  - Margin is not over 50% and the win rate of RWS is more attractive and I like it because people will preferred RWS..... unlike MBS. Why net profit drop to  $91 million in Q4  ? The main 3 items that reduce Genting SP Q4 net profit. 1) Loss on discontinuance of cash flow hedge accounting using interest rate swaps of S$61.6 million arising from settlement of interest rate swaps in December 2010 ? I am sure people are puzzle whats that. In December, RWSPL signed a commitment letter to refinance its existing loan facilities. The proposed re-financing of S$4.1925 billion, comprises of a S$3.5 billion term loan facility, S$0.5 billion in revolving credit facility and a S$192.5 million banker‟ s guarantee facility. Following this refinancing, RWSPL has terminated the interest rate swaps, resulting in a loss on termination of S$61.6 million and discontinued hedge accounting for the interest rate swaps. The refinancing facilities were completed on 1 February 2011. Refinancing will give you better interest rate which will in turn save you millions and free itself from certain restrictions on  how they use the money. Example previously they cannot pay dividend until they payout their loans. 2) Additional deferred tax from UK operations - 38 million. No choice you had to take it. 3)   Finance Cost added another 41 million -  Year End  Bonuses.  Well the RWS is rewarding its staff and if you reward your staff well. They will perform and if they perform RWS will do well.   After Reading Genting SP report. I am really positive with its future. Universal Studios Singapore continues to expand its attractions providing all visitors with wonderful memorable experiences. The Battlestar Galactica duelling coasters, the world‟ s tallest duelling coasters, officially opened on 21 February 2011. Two other major attractions will open during the year - Journey to Madagascar: A Crate Adventure and Transformers will make its world debut in Universal Studios Singapore in the first and second half of 2011 respectively. The park welcomed more than 2 million visitors last year, and daily park attendance will more than double in 2011. The casino sees strong visitorship in both VIP and mass segments. We continue to roll out fresh benefits for our members, with exclusive events, privileges and benefits. MICE business has been strong with high event bookings for 2011 as RWS able to provide surprising and differentiated venues in its sprawling resort environment.
