heee.. many people got it at $2.38.... i believe many sold at $2.70 last few days also... if not, now, ex-date, your average price is $2.02 if you bought at $2.38.. and now lowest is $2.18... will it break $2.02 today? or another amazing run later of the day? for those capitaland fans.. if u haven't bought yet... maybe today will be a golden chance to snap up some bargain. |

i thought it will hit 2.70 to get diluted to 2.23..anyway the new price is 2.22 now..good luck to all. cheers~!

Haha, I predict the closing will be $2.65 thus, will translate to $2.20 XR as what the rumours said. Let's wait 1/2 hr more to see, hehe!

Today last day of CR. so tomorrow price will be adjusted by the 1for 2 Rights. As it is now trading around 2.68, it is equivalent to tomorrow XR of (2.68+2.68+1.3)/3= 2.22 |

I think you have a nice talk with your broker...he can definitely help you...asking for help here is cumbersome...words alone is confusing...hear from your broker personnally..over the phone..ask him to assist you...

Have a few question in my mind...: 1. Currently holding 1000 shares @2.39. entitlement for rights shares is 500 shares at what price after 19th if I choose to sell, how to calcuate? and If I wish to purchase addition of 500, at what price? 2. If i wish to purchase addition of 1000 mother shares or more from 19 onwards, how should I calcuate my price? 3. if I choose to sell my current holding shares, I do not have any entitlement and divd right? Sorry, still never understand very well of what I have read in this forum. Aware that people here are very helpful and friendly, can anyone advice me on this>? Thanks a million. |

Hmmm....at $2.80, the XR price will be $2.30, but before the RI was announced, the market rumour price prediction is $2.20? Thus, I suspect the closing price on 18 Feb will be ~ $2.65? Interesting, can't wait to confirm. | ||||

Now already 88% down in profit...I believe next quater will be in the red...kepland was 87% down ..i believe all properties to see red....next reporting...hope not...but honestly can the condition improve fast enough for us to see golden days again so soon. | ||||

check the CDP account (T+4days after you bought the right) to ensure right bring credited to. https://www1.cdp.com.sg/web33/scdcint/main/logon.do my POV, this a potential counter you can count on BUT don't be too greedy - set yr own TP. me vested at 2.7. nowaday mkt really irrational, trade at yr own risk.....good luck |

yes, can be done via online trading but you still need to check with broker to double confirm incase i'm wrong. you can convert to mother share via ATM (more convenient). conversion will around $2 ( can't remember) just fyi, IF, right share going to trade on 26/3 morning (presume mother share price, a day before XR, is at 2.74). Therotically mother share will be =((2.74x2000)+(1.30x1000))/3000 = $2.26/share right share will be trading at $2.26-1.30 =0.96/share |
