Same like u, i also feel uncertain when I enter at 29cts last time (RSI at oversold). then When I saw their directors bot back ard that range again, i add more at 28.5cts and intend to add more if they fall further. But after awhile it shot up to 33cts and i offloaded all. Why I offload bec this is a trading counter for me and 33-34cts is their near term resistance (RSI near 70). So after that they drop back to 29cts. which i just bot back some.. and same thing, I intend to add more as it goes down. Just that, TA wise, at this moment might not be the best time.. but since i still got spare capital, i just buy in 1st phase. In case it suddenly just shot up.. if they dun in near term, im fine with it as Im waiting for more capital from my other counters to fund me on raffles.

N as i mentioned, I lov stocks that their own mgt buy back shares. Eg. ChinaEnv.. they bot back since 36cts all the way down to 19cts. I also followed them, i start buying at 27cts.. all the way down to 19cts also.. So im happi even if they fall, bec i will had chance to load more..

Depend how much capital u have.. but i wont load up in a single shot bec we can nv predict its real bottom.

So ultimately, you make your own call.. dun like follow my recommendation. ;)

chart look nt interesting. just abv 200MA. This should give them support at 42 cts. 

resistance at 44.5cts which is their recent high with 46cts being 2nd lvl resistance (100MA)..

So it depends if u already own the counter.. if not, maybe try others will be better. bec china property counter in short term also wont cheong much due to its gov's monitoring its property mkt..

If you already hold tis counter, take profit when there is chance.. recommend buy when its at 40cts or below..

u can buy up in a few phases to avg out the px in case it fall back.. depend hw much capital u got.. currently i only hold 30lots. i would like to hold abt 100lots below 30cts px.. if above 30cts, then might not add too much..

I like companies who buy back shares or their director buy back themselve.. cant go too wrong..

haha.. one of my weakness is im not too patient.. im quite gd at picking up stock which presents value but always didnt wait until the fruit is ripe to benefit fully..
