STI to cross 3000 boosted by long-term investors

Due to US sub-prime aftermath, most Americans fear the country's economy will decline beginning of next yr. Henceforth, there is no strong sentiment to support DJ. The ocassionally rise in DJ is merely just a mirrage, it won't last to make an upward trend. Spore is too rely on US for export, hence Spore STI will follow suit on DJ. My guess is that STI will drop below 1200 by end of Dec 07 holiday period. The moral of the storry is to leave the market now and go for a break till beginning of next yr. Nonetheless all my dear friends, you still can login to take a look on the market trend and subsequently share with us your views on bussiness and your like. Cheers, best regards. |

It true that coming weeks will be quite volatile. But I see a few counters still able to make some quick bucks by keeping track of RSI signs to buy and let go when sharp spike on the graph. So far made enough for my car installment doing that. But do take care.... dont quote me though.... |

A fourth quarter earnings warning from home improvement retailer Lowe's (LOW), Goldman Sachs downgrading Citigroup (C) to sell from neutral, and concerns about an unwinding of the yen carry trade are among the main influences this morning that have driven the bearish bias. Also, there is a Wall Street Journal report that says Chinese regulators have quietly ordered China's commercial banks to freeze lending through the end of the year. All in all, quite a disappointing day. When Dow is down, STI is down. When Dow is up, STI is also down. I hope tomorrow will be a brighter day. |
