Singtel has vested interest in Telcos in Africa.....with the turmoil over there still unstable and potentially a WAR breaking out soon with US's destroy and aircraft carrier sailing to coast of Libya....nothing but TROUBLE will be expected of the outcome.... :P no hurry...SHORT when chances arise...and go short/mid when it is bottom rock low :P | ||||
