Barrring unknown other infos, i think temasek got lucky in that after deducting that 2.5bil, temasek's ML stake of 87mil cost approx US$10.34 per share. Sounds bargain, is it? |

hehe, in one word: "face". but eh, the maths don't work out. ML pays Temasek 2.5bil, but they buy 3.4bil. that's instant net loss of 0.9bil. (-_-").... anyway, for today's market, it's a dip on low vol. And pxes are near their previous lows. ie, don't sell in a panic pls. the rebound will likely be swift and fast.

Haha, but honestly, it's a great way for them to increase their control of one of the largest companies in the world. Really strengthens the country in that sense, cos we now have a say in what the big banks do. | ||||

can't just depend on UOB, OCBC n DBS..must gain foothold of foreign banks so they can compete with HK.. Citigrp n UBS are the largest employers in terms of S'poreans..if don't save these 2 banks..think bulk of S'poreans working in these 2 banks no job liaoz.. |

hey, bro, ML is getting back to the 52 weeks low... really can use volatile this word... from 23.64 to 35... thats 48% jump in 4 days... then, after 4 days, it back all the way to 24.21......... walau..... the price now is 50% of 48, heeeee...

of course I do... I did all the details analysis for all my stocks, funds, performance, even the whole jurong east, 4A, 5I, executive transaction price downloaded every month from HDB website... all are cost related items are well taken care by me.. at least I have the feel for the market pulse of every single items, and I am quite happy and excited doing this, heeee... heeee...
