STI headed for 2600 according technical. as US market heads higher by Tech. STI lacks Tech to lead the rally. just my prediction.

DJ rally up to +300 last friday.... this morning Nikkei alsi up +130... STI for sure will up once open.lets wait for the rally.....

Some 'light' reading for the weekend. The story of super BBs vs HK govt during the time of the Asian Financial Crisis. Go to: http://www.him.com.sg/, then go to 'Insight and Focus' section. Read up the portion on 'How Hedge Fund Operates in Asia', and the chapter on 'Hedge Fund vs HK Govt'. Feel free to read up the other chapters. STI will gap up on Monday. Watch 2847-50 level; If not, then it might open a bit lower around 2833. But wait for mkt to settle first till around 0930hrs. |

It's getting very difficult to see really which trend is prevailing. Dow's volatility is going beyond normal range nowadays. Look at the intraday low and high. How wide is the range? Almost 400! Now Dow broke 11700 resistance. On Thursday, Dow broke support. On Fri, despite all odds (Asian mkt collapse, oil breaking above $120 etc), all it took was for Europe to announce no rate raise, and USD just chionged to touch 110.3 yen (Coz ppl dumped EUR for USD). Oil collapsed. The weirdest part was how SSE just collapsed 4.5% across lunch, bringing down HSI, Nikkei and STI with it. I have to admit this round the BBs behind were damn solid. |

sometimes its true, however, looking backwards to last Tue, while DJ surged 330pts but STI shaded 15.57 down when closed. last nite DJ chiong up 302.89 and CO slided to 116.28, is coming Mon is a good sell high day. Really, nowadays the stock market had gone crazy alrdy liao. Unpredictable, at times. |

ha ha fengshui takes turn to turn liao. previously once DJ topples more than 200, STI diarrhoea at least 100 times loh. henceforth, nowadays can sleep well even with DJ half day traded with red. cheers. |

Wow. Didn't expect SSE to collapse suddenly. Lost almost 4%! Cut loss and stayed sides. Today if STI fail to close above 2809, teruk selldown coming. |
