The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Company has completed the deepening of the JRR-1 production well at 18:00 hours on 8 September 2013. The JRR-1 well has been deepened to a total depth of approximately 8,900 feet.

Well log analysis confirms the presence of hydrocarbons in the Upper and Lower Baturaja Formation as well as the Talang Akar Formation. The JRR-1 well has produced up to 5.5 MMSCFD of gas and 265 BOPD of oil since the completion of the deepening works.

The JRR-1 well is currently under observation. A full comprehensive extended well testing for other identified zones is expected to be carried out in the future by rigless operation for cost optimization. However, this is subject to regulatory approval.

The Company will make such further announcements to inform shareholders of any updates or developments at the Jatirarangon block.

cut loss fast, and play on other, there are many other soaring, dont miss them, Yamada, Tritech, and more.

I think if i am not wrong, that invester bought some few % only, i think 3% If I can remember so it is nothing to them.

the BB got way to hold down price to make their offer attractive.

I think we shd forget here, before those who vested at high think we are rubbing salt inot their woumd.

I was lucky to sell at 655 before halted.

Sugih is not buying the whole of Ramba...they just want 51% for control sake and they do not have the money (SGD 300 plus mil) I supposed to swallow up the whole thing

Why is it trading below 65cts is perplexing but there are a few upside longer term 

A) a chinese investor bgt at 72cts in June if anyone remember.   Its quite a hefty chunk.   This chinese investor is quiet but i think its the top 20 investor in liongold corp.   So this may come in to fight for ramba as it has proven oil reserve in lembang already

B) there is still a strategic review due by DMG & Co.   They have to advice how to bring Ramba to the nxt stage of growth

C) As this is a partial offer, not sure if an independent advice to shareholders is necessary.   If it is necessary, the upside is tt they may think 65cts is a force value ie cheap.   They can combine B& C really 

D) With the Rupiah down, there is likelyhood for someone to come and take the company and make a general offer.

Why is it trading below 65cts ?

 

I think if the value of a piecemeal co is worth 65cts, the value of the whole co should be worth lower.
