29 ct now with 2.3mln trades done...all bets on aztech results on 21/10, if there's another stellar performance, will expect the price to break 34cts. | ||

can safety say 3 qtr will be much better qtr....just read the 2qtr report again...reaslise..they mention demand for our products has increase ..as 1n2nd qtr has depleted the stock holding of retailers........and also more receivable shld be reaslise this qtr.....time to load some more............ | ||

any chance this qtr...giving out D..? JUST READ THE OLD NEWS....about the scrip divident scheme........well think not likely hor.....issue rights to collect money ....so think no D ..even report going to be goood......any body did any caculation....the price this stock will adjust after..the right and wrt..issue ...any sifu..? | ||

Just checked Co. historical quarterly reporting dates, they usually announce the Q results around the 3rd wk after the end of the quarter. So, the 21 Oct date is not significant....but I am still in opinion that the result will be on the upside to support the rts/warr issue exercise. Caveat emptor |

21 Oct....Hmmm, seems quite early. Must be in a hurry to announce it to support the rights/warr issue. My guess is the result will probably be on the high side of consensus expection. Caveat Emptor

LCM, Yes, when warr is credited (if you subscribe to rts), you can sell.......but price will largely depend on mother share price at that time and market sentiments. The 12.5c price for the warr I calculated earlier is just a theoretical price based on yesterday's close of 32.5c and on the assumption of zero premium and zero discount. But, in reality, mkt usually places a premium/disc to the warr. |

hi shplayer.....u mean once they the wrt credited can sell..12.5cts.....but have not ann the date...so far didn"t.see the CA or CR...CW..any idea when? HLH once news out next day can see the CR liao......

If you look at the price of 32.5c for the mother share, you can use the proceeds of the warrants (12.5c) to pay for your rights. |

Based on yesterday's close of 32.5c, the price of warrant should be 32.5 - 20 = 12.5c.....based on 0 premium, 0 discount. Warrants sold on the open mkt has no impact on Co. NTA....the proceeds goes straight into seller's pocket. Only when it is exercised and converted into ordinary shares, then the 20c goes into the Co. coffers.

To ascertain the value of his counter, perhaps it is better to look at NTA rather than current market price cos the latter fluctuates daily but NTA is relatively stable. Investors can then decide for themselves the discount/premium they are prepared to pay for the counter. f course, ther are other factors to consider....such as eps, yield, management, business environment etc. As at 30 June09, NTA is 22.95c per sh. 5 shares - 22.95 x 5 = 114.75c 1 rts share = 12.5c NTA after rights is (114.75 + 12.5)/6 = 21.21c per share. NTA if all warrant is exercised = (114.75 + 12.5 + 20)/7 = 21.03c From the above, it is obvious that the rights is nicely priced as the diminution of NTA is only 7.5% (with rights) to 8.5%(with warrants). This shortfall will be fully recovered with positive earnings. Note - the above calcs does not take into consideration the outstanding unexercised earlier warrants cos exercise price is 51c........no one in their right mind will exercise it. |

the average price should be: 1,000X 0.32 = 320 200X 0.20 = 40 360/1200= 0.30. The warrants are free but the shares are not free, subscribe at 20ct.

today market lausai.......it is price in with the right issue......and wrts.......in fact it had drop below the price last trade before...announcement.(if not price in see my caculation)......this one goood stock to keep.....for 6 yrs.....every yr good D........profit marking......when they first divesfy..into ship chartering ...also the same a lot of resistance......this compy. towkay....very goood one.......more over their collabration with A*star....sure fruitful one...all the brainest ppl there...died of can make it come alive lah.......like goood durian...hehehehe this one ..."bao jah"....
