Hi Jackjames, For example, I already have 10 lots of Capland which I bought at 7.00 and it is already updated in CDP. Can I short 5 lots at 6.90 and buy back at 6.70 on the same day. Thank you in advance... Regards |

just remember sell is plus (+$6.00) buy is minus ( -$5.80 ) profit/lost will be both add together. my advise - do not try if you are new. |

example: You got 0 stock of Cosco. You sell Cosco 10 lots at 6.00, if it drops to 5.80, you buy back 10 lots. difference 0.20 x 10,000 = you earn SGD 2000 (minus charges of course) , short must be done in just one day, not like contra , 4 days. |

Market is damned weak. I'm reducing my risk. US Indices look ugly with 2-3 distributions over 1 week. Get out China Fish with kopi money but still vested on others. |

My fish already swam to the surface of $2 but hit the ice bed. So this time it can't fly. Sold my fibrechem at much today's price. So the profit drop to half which makes me a bit grumbling. There are many good stocks to pick such as Federal and some others I mentioned earlier. My property counters seem to weather the storm quite well. |
