Yes, selling now may not be a good option as most of the stocks had fallen 50-70 %. But still situational. For exp, AK unloaded 20 lots each on Kepland in May n SingTel mid Sep with avg 5.20 n 3.26 respectively, as I foresaw that ppty will slump and the credit crisis will pull down All stocks, esp the financing sectors. I will buy back the same stocks with much cheaper prices, when they bottom up, if need be. But at this moment, really can't gauge STI will shed to what level, down trend is quite definite. No sell yet, though still keeping some commods, shipping, biomed, gambling,agri, energy n constr stocks. AK opine that next Jan could be a more viable time for considering to acc as most stocks FY 08 report cards will be not that favourable. Not much perks will be offered. AK view, FYI. Cheers.

I disagree to sell now when market continues to bleed .. One principle for me to remember is sell on rally ... buy in shocks... But don't worry there is a rally soon before christmas

GentInt is one of the 30 STI Component stocks. Yongnam is not as I bracketed it in my posting. It was the for 50 STI component stock as well. The changes made in Jan 08. GentInt was put in the list after it was listed in SGX, if not mistaken end 2005.
