There will be panic selling of all.property.counter especially big caps..it maybe a buying opportunity if some.panic selling in wee hur as I strongly believe still growing towards 2017...currently wee hur got only one project on hand yet to launch..but giving the good.locations...I think wee hur.still can.make good money in Thomson view. I also hope wee hur can ballot for more land for industrial.and condo projects..prepare for the 2018and so on...with so many projects on the.pipeline..wee hur will be busy towards 2020...I will pick up more warts.to.convert if price is right... |

I remember the last property cooling.measure..wee hur got cheap land to develop parc centros and make huge profits..will wee hur go for more lands now as cost of land will dropped? Wee hur have already sold all his industrial.and condo property..thus cooling measure will have.little impacts on wee hur...but.hope wee hur.can take this chance to.buy.land for industrial.and private property projects

3q12..wee hur got $181millions cash or eq on hand..got share issues around 700millions..each share seems get.twenty five cents cash on hand....but they took.up a.loan of $165millions for.parc.centros which need to pay on when parc centros top. That meant they use the loan to make more money..I think they make more than 100millions from parc centros .Parc centros is their first megA Condo investment which fully sold.and revenue and huge profit can only register when top .now wee hur going.for another mega condo project.soon and expected good profit also....constantly rewards shareholder for the past five.years and expected big.dividen with the big profit register from harvest industrial project this coming result before cny . Quit a.number of construction.cum .property counters.are trading above 60cents...like chip eng seng, lkh, hiap hoe, roxy pacific, sim lian, lee.Kim tah, etc. Wee hur mtg may need to look into ways to improve shareholders.value through more.buyback, high dividen.seems the company.is.holding a.high cash on hand or eq ...I think.may.hit over 200millions at the end of.fy 2012..

Thanks edwinjup. That means I have missed a few opportunities in getting the dividend due to my ignorance. By the way, I wish that Wee Hur would give dividend , bonus shares cum warrant like he did in the past . That will be better off than just dividend... Hehe |

Wee hur have been giving at least two cents dividen for the past five years..except 2009 give.2.5cents due to high .eps of 5 cents . S&p forecast wee hur earned more than.65million this year...eps around ten.cents..thus I hope wee hur.can.give at least 4-5cents this year..yield is.more.than ten per cent at current.price of 35cents..invested some more today at.mother and wrt today |

Wrt can convert anytime...just get the form from boardroom or your broker and buy a cashier order from.posb and send to boardroom will do. It will become mother after two weeks...just rem wrt it good to play but no dividen .
I intend to coovert.some in may before dividen |

If u wan to buy wee hur .maybe also can consider wee hur wrt14 as it is zero.premium now. Just rem to convert to.mother share before may.to.enjoy.the dividen ..I just pick.up.some today at 9.5 as I consider cheaper this way to invest in wee hur as share trade.zero.premium.thatmeant wee hur up.one cent..it wrtnwill also up one cent..good.luck..super strongnresult out soon
