Ha ha, at least hv some breath after 2nd part of the day. But bloody on chopping bd again later. STI closed down with all d luck!! 60.66

Really, can't play hard game with those behind d scence loh. EU now most red, below 40 though. Hope DJ tonite wake up a bit after straight loss of pass 6 days.

Lotsa uncertainty between now n obama/sg's budget/CNY rally (if there's a rally).

Everything big drop looks cheap, but dun know whether to go in buy or wait for more drop before buying... sianz

Not a good sign now, d 1700 STI support pt just broken. Ha ha, damn HSI spoil AK Carlsberg mood loh.

BTW, bad market, beer prices increased. May be change to swallow Chang Beer and at d same time support Thai Bev stock loh. Ha ha, out of ten coffee shops here, only one selling, but promoter chew boo leh. Cheers.

Agreed, with Pun. As most of d coys are going to announce their FY result soon, btw now to next mth, taking their 3QTR results as ref could be a better gauge of their expected turnover n profits. Then decide further loh. AK view only. But had tried few to test liao. Cheers.

On5 Jan 09the STI broke the first resistance line of 1844, if STI break through the most persistent and stubborn resistance of 1934, this mean the stock market may have been out for two months of the bear market consolidation phase, and in the near future STI will be on Up Trend.

Therefore is advice to suspend all short activities. However, if based on above to judge that the bear market has bottomed out, "winter" is over personally I think that it is too early to say, at best, can only be described as a bear market bounce (Bear Market Rally) only.

If you are brave guy, you may consider to do long transactions, but this only to do a short-term (hit and run) strategy, earn quick money, personally I don’t think now is time for long-term investment.

Personal think the current bear market trend has not changed, the bear market will continues, there will be perhaps another tidal wave crash will come, therefore, must not be taken lightly. Take note of STI 1750 support trend line. Smiley

STI down 14.43 with vol trade ar 1.018b.

During good economy time, there was d so-called CNY blue which uplifted STI prior to CNY. The main reason probably attribuited to coy announcing hefty bonuses, bright coy bz ahead.

Now, d economy is soo gloomy, likely such scenairo will not happen again. However, may see seesawing indexes prior to Abama Inaug n Spore new budget incentives given, soon.

STI seems to have breached the supportive trendline. If that's the case, I am expecting more towards the downside. It is rather surprising that the party is over so far. I noticed that the market volume has been slightly below 1 billion for down days.
