x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	LoL, I don't think I want to advice anyone to enter the stock market this year. Too much volatility and unpredictability. A few wrong moves and you could lose your pants. Was a good move to have invested in 2 industrial properties late last year. They are cheaper than residential properties and rental yield is also better. I will just live off the rental income for now and wait for the chaos to subside.
