if market keep going up some of the listed companies impairment on investment will start to show huge profit..First Q1 profit annoucement will be good... Based on Balace sheet and not operations growth.. |

The market is very sentiment driven. Previously, it can be falling like nobody's business. Now, it is rising like nobody's business too. Fear and greed are always at work. Now, fear has taken a rest and greed is working harder. I don't like to predict the market. I respond to the market accordingly. If the price of a company is below it's intrinsic value, it is still worth a buy even at this moment. However, if the price is already risen above the company's intrinsic value, then I will not invest in the particular company anymore even if this rally is to last for a good long time. Invest rationally and not be driven by sentiments. Then, one will always buy more at low market valuations and not at high market valuations. Even if one has missed this rally, one can still wait for opportunities ahead (e.g. sometimes when temporary bad news hit an excellent company, it's share price may drop temporarily and this can create a good entry point into the company even during a bull market when valuations are already high). As a long term investor, I look at company intrinsic value and fundamentals. However, there are many ways to make money in the market. Short-term and mid-term traders look at price swings and trends. One can stick to any method, be it short-term trader or long-term investor. The idea is to be discplined in whatever approach one takes. Don't be affected by emotions (fear and greed) when doing investments. Be good at using whichever investing method rationally. It wouldn't benefit the investor at all to bring in emotions into doing investments. Make use of the market sentiments to help in doing investments. When price drop and correct, it maybe wise to enter. When price has spiked too high, it may be wise to sell OR if one is not selling, at least consider carefully if it is rational to still buy at high prices. | ||||||||||||||||

Let'e wait for the G20 fever to subside, then maybe a heart attack many follow... Since they only put a very large piece of 'koyok plaster' (huge band-aid) over the crisis. But this is enough to profit many in a big rally which may last some time... Then, as ussual, it will be those who worship the idea of 'fundamentals' who will suffer the most. Since they will be very biased ones who will hang on to their darling staunch belief in the fundamantals of the stocks they are holding...  |

hope is chuan kui for 1 day allow...no time left....but very soon it will lau kui and lau sai.... it is always good to take some profit off the table...if got any..we should not worry abt miss opportunity...there are always many good opportunity to make $...market is always there for you, but you may no t be there if you lose all your vest $...
