Hi rickytan, I sold off about 2 weeks ago already. Wing Tai could be on a trend reversal upwards now but still too early to tell. |

Using chart from yahoo, because of wide prices over aperiod of 5 yrs, the prices i read is only approx. The 1st wave started in Mar/Apr 03 at slightly below 50c, then ended at about$1 in Dec04. The 3rd wave started in Jun05 at about 85c and ended at$1.85 in Apr06. the 4th wave fell to $1.30 in Jun06. So the 5th wave started in Jun 06. the 1st wave increase by 50c. The 3rd wave should increase by 1.618 of 50c, i.e. 81c, but it overshot to an increase of $1. Will the 5th wave increase by 1.618x81c, i.e. $1.30 i.e the target price of $2.60 ? Looking at time frame, it seems that Wing Tai may reaches this target in Mar/Apr 07. |

Fundamentally, this may be the best property stock for 2007. The Visioncrest office block is the only new significant office development coming onstream this year, and we know all about office rents going through the roof. It has many prime residential developments coming onstream. And that is just for its Singapore exposure alone. My view is that it may not be wise to just rely on TA perspective alone. |

I'm still vested at 2.22. I can see the signals starting to change from bullish to stagnant slowly. I may let go this week depending on what happens on Wednesday and Thursday. |

At this stage, this stock shows that if we don't take profit at the peak of a "cheong", we have to sometimes wait for a week or more while it stagnates before anything happens again... In the meantime we see other counters surging up like nobody's business... |

I just took a second look at Wing Tai's chart. It looks okay... nothing potentially bad about the price action. In fact it may rise in the next few trading days. If you have it, just hold it. No harm entering if you are not in, as long as you know when to sell it off if it moves against you. |

No no... for Wing Tai I didn't like the look of the chart as it's not 'attractive' to me at all... (unlike that darling Ho Bee). I just bought it to see if it's lucky for me.... ie. no analysis done at all... hehe...:) |

In that case, Starhub was so sustainable because there was no significant fluctuation since I got in... it simply went up without much fantastic volume. and now I am still riding the steady horse, and it's not like an iGallop, though... hehe... :) |

"sustainable" means that it can continue uptrending for at least a few days and not go through too much price fluctuations |

By the way, volume or no volume, I am already making happy profit on Starhub... If I had bothered too much with volume I wouldn't be having this profit. It just that it's relatively thinly traded. |
