better stay side line wait until STI be more consolidate .... up to date STI still keep falling .... HSI as well .. straight fell for the whole week .... support is weak ....... hopefully next week can push up abit due to the window dressing effect ..... |

STI will probably trade side ways for the next 2 months trading range of between 2150 to 2450. I don't see much news in the next quarter to excite the market. No recovery in site probably until 1st quarter 2010. Spore's economy is much dependent on the US. US is printing too much money into trillions of dollars. Spore recovery is very much in tandem with US. I expect the US dollars to dip against all major currency for this reason. |

window dressing means stocks will be artifically push up? last 2 wk on TA, many of the stocks actually shows a bearish MACD cross down, but still stubborn and buy in.. I tink we have to wait awhile for MACD to turn, and wont happen so soon.. |

A new fr Citigroup on singapore economy: Citigroup Inc. said it is has raised its March 2010 forecast for the Straits Times Index to 2,700 from 2,400 as it believes the Singapore economy will emerge from its deepest recession earlier than expected. “This recession may be over by the third quarter rather than the fourth quarter,” Chua Hak Bin, research head for Citigroup in Singapore, wrote in a note dated yesterday. |

Investors are waiting to hear (next week) Feb's stance on rates move and bond buying which affect interest rate. Low volume of trading probably due to this reason. US is reporting its unemployment figue. STI trending down to 2150 looks quite possible? but when? | ||||

I thk US$ may trend higher...i got this feeling like the last time when it touch below 80 it cheong up all the way pass 81...thjis rd i thk it may even surpass that, like Weiss Research said.. if this happen . gold will go down, oil may follow..stock neutral..to up. |
