 Alert Admin 		You are quite right. But the period between mid-aug to May09 is a long way. If what Richtan has posted previously on an analysis by DMG is correct and STI is indeed in final wave 5 of wave (a) of wave A(intermediate?), then wave five is doing an extended wave. That could mean that the recent strong breaching of 2400, 2500, 2600 are only still part of minute wave a of (a) of intermediate A??? Any correction from here will not be major because we are still in an early part of a primary wave B. Calculation of wave B usually is 1/3 or 2/3 of primary wave A. 1/3 correction region has already been breached (around 2250), so that means wave B is going to be reaching towards 2/3 mark before we can judge what is coming. A ZigZag correction is already in the picture. 2/3 correction will take us to 3000-3100 region=  above 61.8% fibonnaci retracement. And this will happen around mid september to end september. But all this depends whether the ZigZag will turn into a flat or expanded flat correction. If it does, then higher levels above where primary wave A started is possible and needs to be respected!

2600 region reached....now the "million dollar" question is which one (possibility 1 or 2 happening ? ) after mid August 2009 - May 2010 ...let's wait for the market to make the decision in three weeks time as Market is always RIGHT !!!

STI should move towards the 2500-2600 region by August (one should take profit for shares bought between last October 2008-March 2009)...after that, there are two possibilities:

i. STI may touch 3000 by next May 2010, and then down all the way to 1800 (best buy for the next bull cycle in year 2013/2014)

ii. STI may consolidate all the way down by breaking below support 2420 by next May 2010 all the way to 1800 (best buy for the next bull cycle in year 2013/2014)

Just my two cents and let the market be the judge
