x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	it is not apple-to-apple when the cgx case is compared to those counters that got suspended, there are two things that make a business go burst,  the products are obsolete or the creditors come knocking at your doors, most of the suspended counters belong to the  2nd senario, but  cgx does not have these two problems, their products are highly sought after, their gearing is  as good as penuts...

It's obvious he has the authority to withdraw cash and had done so without having to get approval from shareholders. And since he can unknowingly overlooked SGX's rule may also suggests that he may have failed to keep proper records of the usage for accountability purpose.
