STI is probably experiencing the last leg of the bull from 1480 - 2700, almost 100% jump from the low. It's building a high base right now which is still bullish as I can see a falling wedge (BULLISH). So if strictly base on chart analysis, STI will rebound from here anytime soon. However, stock mkt is not so easily predicted on its movement, if not all analysts will get rich liao. Anything can happen from here and we must trade with caution. If it rebound from here as I mentioned, it's bullish, an extended leg from the last. But if it falls at the end of the falling wedge, then I am going bearish as it had complete the 5 legs up. But I am leaning more to the BULLISH story in an extended leg up! How do I not lost $$ at this juncture. Very simple, stay sideline...hahaha!! Mkt is there everyday and we can make $$ from any kind of environment. So stay cool. |
