so even if bad news drop fr 3rd wk of oct to mid  nov...the rally still got a month or so...i do not see any major earth shaking news to derail this rally..except ppl menetality that Sept is a sell month for stock..

u know there are alot of fund who miss the train, they will use this to buy in...then those who got out earlier will join in the chase...and there we have the rally of rally....in September..

i thk Sept got to be different one fr the rest, because we are in the midst of a recovery fr the worst recession........hope Oct come and go smooth..we can make more $$$...

AK opines that 3 Q corp result likely would be generally better than 2nd Q, basing on some of the 2nd Q posted lately. However, fr now on till then, still needs to look at the faces of SSE n DJ liao. But looking at d current global market situation, there is really no strong reason for any major correction or plunging. Unless, there is calamity happening during ds period, ie security issues, natural disasters(major earthquake n Tsunami which paralysed d economy giants in d world) n other unforeseen issues great enough to topple d global economy again.

With exp n investment manual, most of d corp 3Q record book r tabled fr 3rd week of Oct to Mid Nov, each yr. Few got odd mths as well. Cheers for those vested n give them a tiger if they chosen to be bystanders.

Ha ha, comrade, agreed. Quaranteen oneself to avoid d virus is a viable option. Unless, u hv strong immunity(holding power) n Reserve to against the possible wide spread of d virus in d global market environment loh.

On the otherhand, today SSE, HSI n Nk flu subsided a bit liao. AK guesses, tonite DJ will likely get better fr d flu as well. Cheers.

it's chain reaction, with DOW,EURO,SSE, HSI & NIKKEI as key major breaking point.

if im not wrong STI take benchmark from NIKKEI 0800 to 0930 then SSE from 0930 - 1000 thereafter HSI from 1000 to 1600hrs thereafter again from EUR 1600 to 1700hrs,

HSI take benchmark from SSE from 0930 to 1500hrs.
