Those who want to be good traders (but even more so for those who want to be good investors) have to be on guard against emotions, eg. anger. Because if a person is susceptible to be dominated by irate emotional reactions to opposing views of others, one is at great risk of going "pok!"... This is because, if one reacts with anger to people, one will also react with anger at the market... And this is the natural cause of being made "pok!" by the market beast...  |

One whole months of distribution pattern with one single day of today's accumulation white candle (with no follow through actions), whch failed to close higher means 'confirmed' and u are comfortable with the observation tat buyers are coming back ???

Today is a white candle on higher volumes. This suggests accumulation. Despite not making a higher high compared with yesterday, the closing price did surpass yesterday's close. Today's close also 'confirmed' yesterday's hammer. If you draw a line from the high of 15 Apr joining the highs of the past few days, you can even notice that today's candle penetrated this line slightly. All these suggest that a rebound is likely for the next few days. However, I will not buy it still because: 1) RSI no bullish divergence 2) Prices likely will only try to close gap at 3.80 and bounce down from the middle of the B Bands 3) ADX still rising on -vely placed DIs 4) Join the lows of 8 Jul 2009 & 5 Feb 2010 and extend this line both ways and you will see a famous pattern.
I am not vested, although point number 4) is a very compelling reason to open a position when it is tested.

This is the best BS I've heard for a long time! Fund managers are buying this counter and u can tell from the chart ????? Hahaha! Which part of the chart is indicating that? First of all, you dun get 50 MA diving into MA 200 twice in a matter of 2 months. Sceondly, even if you dunno wave counts, today's pathetic price action with the impressive higher volume compared to yesterday, shows that those fund managers are probably getting killed themselves because their funds did not even managed to push higher than yesterday's high ! Dun just say "chart indication" next time, explain to us how !

I think wat we are seeing here is a classic case of using your emotions in trading. There are many people here who wishe and hope for Capland to turn around, and are using their emotions to project onto whatever indicators they can grap to justify their own desire to buy this counter. Dun misunderstand me. Capland is a great company. But its current price action is only starting to get bearish. Even f there's rebound, it should only be shortlived. There are better prices ahead, so I suggest wait...

Bought in the other half I sold earlier but we may not be out of the woods yet. This physiological support line is holding for now. Once blue line reversed and red reversed more, we will have a clearer picture. Wiht DOW FUT in great positiveness, we could see a rebounce on monday.
