Agreed. Shanghai will be the first to implement property tax. That will bring property prices BY 40%! The prop. tax will probably be imposed in other parts of China. ;(

Today is a white candle on higher volumes. This suggests accumulation.

Despite not making a higher high compared with yesterday, the closing price did surpass yesterday's close. Today's close also 'confirmed' yesterday's hammer.

If you draw a line from the high of 15 Apr joining the highs of the past few days, you can even notice that today's candle penetrated this line slightly.

All these suggest that a rebound is likely for the next few days.

However, I will not buy it still because:

1) RSI no bullish divergence

2) Prices likely will only try to close gap at 3.80 and bounce down from the middle of the B Bands

3) ADX still rising on -vely placed DIs

4) Join the lows of 8 Jul 2009 & 5 Feb 2010 and extend this line both ways and you will see a famous pattern.

I am not vested, although point number 4) is a very compelling reason to open a position when it is tested.

Which part of the chart is indicating that? First of all, you dun get 50 MA diving into MA 200 twice in a matter of 2 months. Sceondly, even if you dunno wave counts, today's pathetic price action with the impressive higher volume compared to yesterday, shows that those fund managers are probably getting killed themselves because their funds did not even managed to push higher than yesterday's high ! Dun just say "chart indication" next time, explain to us how !
