ANNOUNCEMENT
STATEMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of Digiland International Ltd (?Company?) wishes to announce
that on 13 September 2007, the Commercial Affairs Department (?CAD?) requested that
Dr Vincent Tan, the Executive Chairman of the Company provide them with information
in respect of ongoing CAD investigations for certain alleged offences of the Securities
and Futures Act (Cap 289). Dr Tan is currently cooperating with the CAD in respect of
their investigations.
As far as the Board is aware, the allegations of offences under the Securities and
Futures Act are not brought against the Company.
The Company will make such further announcements if the circumstances deem an
announcement as necessary.

Is just like waiting for tragedy to happen if the huge volume sell down continues. It may reach 0.005 cents eventually. Maybe it is worth getting other shares for sovenior and not Digiland. =p
