We don't see much rally at all this week compare to the rally for index related counters and mid caps. Problem is mid cap rallied too much that pennies might be forgotten. Overall, the support is there for 86. Next will be 83 then 81. After that, 72. I've been chasing this counter for months. Lol.. Nv earn much though. But at times it is so stressful to even try to break even or lose comms. Just don't assume EGM will come. It might not cos can we seriously trust what they said in AGM? Not leading people to buy or sell contel. But just want everyone to know what they should expect and know about contel. Cos in the end, its the BB cashing out the money from your pocket. Not mine cos I ain't vested in this yet. I can't find a good entry price with so much selling pressure. Together with boilinger bands, you should be able to gauge your exit and re-entry again too.    Currently I can't stay Contel isn't bullish. But I would like to emphasize more on BB manipulating the queues so they can buy more at a lower price before the news comes out. Then they sell after news is out. It has always been this way.    The charts during the accidental sell down didn't indicate any cut loss but it did triggered more retailers' stop loss and selling went into strength. Just needed the volume for that period of trading time only. Seriously was a mistake to turn the charts bearish from bullish within 10 minutes of opening. That's why I don't trust charts too much. I only chart my entry and and exit if i got the time to stay in front of PC.

If he guy dumps the stock, it will become part of the chart as well and the chart will tell the story. You then can study whether the market can take this hit or not by looking at the price and volume actions later. It is not a science but an art and takes practice. It is not perfect but it is better than trading blind. I am no expert but I know charts can be used for any security as long as the security is not thinly traded.  Volume Spread Analysis (VSA) is a kind of technical analysis that may be helpful in tracking penny stocks.
