To me at least, volume means nothing... Low volume is also due to big boys... You mean big boys always play big, can't play small meh? ... hehehe... |

You're right about the BBs invisible hands at work. In my case, the BBs are working hard driving the train, they're really skillful train drivers. But we can't see them BBs (they are invisible, stealthy); we only can see those moving trains spewing steam caused by the BBs. I hope i not making things less understandable with my poor english. |

Just my thoughts here. I think price actions and volumes (high and low included) are important indicators. I will illustrate what i mean using a moving steam-train analogy. How fast a steam train moves depend ultimately on how much steam it spewed off. The volumes of steam is an indicator (Volume) of how fast or slow (Price Action) it is moving. Slow speed on low steam volume may not kill a person but it can make him/her become TPD (insurance term), while fast speed on high steam volume would certain kill him/her if ignored. Well, i always remember the saying. "Sonni, it's the steam that makes the train go choo-chooooo...choooooooooooooo.... Bang! dead or TPD if one not careful. |

That's very true. But low volume also means that TA analysis becomes generally inaccurate. Trend will have little meaning.
