Wrong perception, it should be DEFLATION hurts companies bottomlines, on the contrary INFLATION boosts companies bottomlines!

SELL into strength.. and buy gold...ask urself why are central banks buyin/hoarding gold? the rally is just an illusion.. it's all govt intervention by money printing.. result of that is huge inflation coming ur way..inflation hurts companies bottomlines.. |

The economy will improve and have strong legs provided the US public can still afford to spend like they've been doing before the recent great meltdown. When they can once again afford to spend like there's no tomorrow, and get into huge debts, then the recover will have strong bull's legs... |

Experts always said... When during market recession time, actually it's a best buying time. When recession time has over. It's time 2 sell all ur shares on hand... The market is rising slow but falling very fast in the last few weeks, the drift sideways is also getting longer, looks like it is loosing steam a bit but bunch of good news bring it to new high, volitility is increasing, measure the gradient of VIX line very steep leh ! need to have all eyes peeled and stucked to the screen 24/7. as CW said, set up your stop loss and it will be your best pal. I feel there will be an euphoria coming to the end of the year, the feel good factor as we are technically outta recession, so many people are thinking we are back on our feet already. Will see, to win in the next month, gotta hire second and third shift to watch the screen.

Deep pocket or not, a 'paper' loss is as agonising as a liquidated loss... Just ask those who have previously bought at much, much higher than today's prices and you will see how agonising it is to have lost so much for so long... Mind you, a rise is not that certain or so soon as you would like to believe... |

the most accurate inditor LEI never fail to indicate end of recession for the past 40 yrs...i follow for last 3...it work , such that for six months of positive result...the following will be a drop in unemployment..then mrkt soar... i dont thk it is going to be different this time except for the carry trade...but even if the carry trade is serious...we just sit it out for mrket to flush out those carry.trade.....then we will be in the new bull cycle... so if you buy now and have a 2 to 3 yrs view...i can say that it is safe..so those who got deep pocket shd not be unduly worried... |
