It looks like the selling has stopped after the BCJ " forcefully" sold into the market the shares pledged with it by Mr. Matsumura. I believe BCJ will secretly buy back in case of dispute of its action, since it has sold from 3.8 cents to 2 cents on average, buying the shares back will give it good book profits. Another possibility will be Mr. Matsumura might top his stake with his own buying what has been sold by BCJ in order not to have reduced stake in the company he put so much efforts to build. Both of these possibilities if true, will be reasonable to push back the price of Transcu to 5 cents or above. I am hoping so. Cheers. |

Are shares of Japanese businessman owned Transcu, affected by Jap-Sino islands dispute? Stupid..I jumped in some lots at 2.2 cents... so high..i still jump in...realised my mistake and sold at 2.1 cents.. Lost some money but still have net winnings from yesterday...shall stay away from this counter as I want to preserve my winnings |

Something about Transcu caught my eye. Namely its bio-life science technology that has enable it to go into 3 major areas : 1) Cosmetics - Its own proprietary product using its own patented transdermal drug to skin technology 2) Pharmaceutical - Its own proprietary process using an patented 'active' transdermal technology to carry other drugs (ie from other pharmaceutical firms), again thru the skin into the body. 3) Nano emulsion fuel system that enables it to reduce toxic gases from ship engines, and basically any engines that uses fuel, and also to increase fuel economy by 15-20 %. However, the company is burning cash at the rate of US$12m per yr, and it has recently done a rights issue to raise approx S$14m. Can the company survive and tie thru this period of 'cash burn' to emerge as a profitable company and realise its potential, based on its unique technology ? Appreciate comments from anybody following the stock. Not a call to buy/sell. |
