He's already taken your IPO cash and parked it elsewhere. As for PL. he can park a few millions in this, as well as Healthway (where incidently he has since sold down), and wait. He still has hundreds of millions to play around with. Just look at recent fall in Wilmar prices. do you think Mr.PL is worried ? So, putting into context what's important for us. How many millions do we have in reserve after we have paid for our purchase of this counter ? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	To be honest... why is it so cheap now? its mainly becos my frens are waiting to getting it cheaper... my frens bought a lot at high prices... and they must average it down and then commit suicide with PL and gang in the worst case... haha :)    therefore, i know PL and gang sure will push it down... i am waiting to buy cheaper than wat they buying! i am prepared to kamikaze my whole fortune in this junk! :)

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	That is what all the people who have pushed the share value to 157mn must hope.   But a famous stockmarket expression is 'Hope is not an investment strategy'.   Why not look at stocks like UMS or Eratat, both of which are trading at ludicrously low valuations, are posting strong profit growth, and are at the start of long term secular improvements to their businesses: UMS because it is moving from parts to whole systems, Eratat by going from sports shoes to premium fashion retailing.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Do u think tat VT (abt 50%) and PL (more than 20%) will do something and plan to improve the situation. ivanignatius      ( Date: 13-May-2011 10:17) Posted: Revenue down 12% in first three quarters, and down 18% in the third quarter, so sales trend is bad and deteriorating.   The company loses money, has only $10mn of net assets, yet a market cap of 158mn.   Assuming that market cap is correct, it should make 16mn of profits.   But revenues are only 8mn per quarter, so that would mean 32mn of revenues for a year.   It would need to make a 50% net income margin to get to 16mn of profit.   No education company does this. This stock is massively overvalued unless it can double or triple sales, and that is not what is happening.
