Actually I cannot understand why this counter is hammered so badly - from a high of 0.655 drop to 0.505 in a matter of days. It is not that the CPO fell drastically in the past few days or so, and I don't think U.S's plan to impose restrictions on banking, tightening of monetary policy in China and other bad news will directly affect its business, so why the pessimism w this counter? Let's hear some alternative views on this. If we can somehow be convinced that this pessimism is only temporary then it's probably the best time to load up. What d'ya think? |

I have also observer Golden Agri. it looks set to grow further. Presently it is not in my basket of shares. However I am just waiting to see how the recent market dip would effect most of the counters. You could also consider ChinaOilfield even with the present price of crude oil down. We must not forget China herself is a potential huge market. Just last night when I was watching the news highlights, GM is forcasting a 2million car sales in China for 2010.

I disagree its bullish. Its bearish.
Ever since it hit 0.65, there's been lots of selling pressure.
May find support at 0.555.
Just closed my short positions at 0.555 and 0.56

CPO price is still dropping, better wait for it to recover before vest into this counter. Speculation is temporary, no matter how strong their cash flow is.
