Hi epliew

There are many traders who are good at catching bottom reversal for quick profit gain but I am not into this.

Although there are some sign of buying now, it is still considered premature in my proprietary system.

I look to see that the Trend Cluster which is below the volume bar turns GREEN and the Price Bar also turns Green.

Positive indicator that confirms the change of trend will be the Blue Diamond indicator, "Go Long1" on the chart.

With Go Long1 appearing in later price action, I will want to join in the joy ride with target near $7.00.

Until then, I will stay watching until the stock triggers Buy Order from my system.

Hi epliew,

The H&S didnt formed as the break is not decisive enough. More over it rebounded the next day and stayed above the neckline after that. My shorting strategy has dropped since the condition I set didnt meet.

The 50day SMA seems supporting the price very well so far, thus I might want to go long if its able to cross above the 20days SMA.

This is only for my own trading , u trade at ur own risk please...

I am only looking at TA point of view. For H&S formation, if neckline is broken, usually it will move back to the neckline again.

If it can not hold there, then the next drop will be deeper.

I may short when it move back to neckline(if it doesnt then forget it)...

After all its betting. My bet is for a down move from neckline, if it goes otherwise then cut loss(few cts above neckline).

sometimes u need to consider market sentiment also..when market sentiments are in good mood, then all shortist can catalyst ur stock fly to the moon...so beware with what u will do. STI has pulled back few days, yesterday also not really good even ended with green.

My question is "Is it wise to short counter which is has decline so many days? Without any bad news?"

I loss quite lots before from buying wrong stocks, but I even made big loss when shorting within 1 day...
