x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	if you see the chart, there is a gap aound $1.05, not even give way but only tested. most of the shipyards in europe and one likely in vietnam. europe one  should be ok becos seaman from there is much cheaper,  highly experience and more willingly to go off the shore. vietnam, many expert tips a " likely protest" if high inflation and high employment rate were not tackle fast and steady.
