It make sense to convert more...as exercise at 0.005 cts

The Board of Directors of mDR Limited (the “Co”) wishes to announce that the issued share capital of the Co has increased from 6,459,290,654 ordinary shares to 6,527,951,986 ordinary shares by way of allotment and issuance of 68,661,332 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 68,661,332 Warrants (W140925) at the exercise price of S$0.005 for each new ordinary share on 26 March 2012.
These new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, and are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 28 March 2012.
The total outstanding Warrants (W140925) remaining after the aforesaid exercise is 6,110,914,327.

Players is abit tried liao, mother volume is much lower and last done at 0.013 cts (comatose), while it warrant shr  is down by -0.001 cts to hit 0.007 cts, oso on much lower volume.

Good or bad is up to mkt players....

Even if majority of holding share at 0.005 being sold off and volume shrink , assume the demand for share is same  but   supply of share is reduced ( less willing to sell as their buying price is higher ) , demand overwhelm supply can only push the price higher and faster !

Keppeland CEO ,MDR directors , other SSH still have not  sell  .

Why need to sell at 200% if this play can still grow higher .

The business is expected to grow strong .

Now they have ample cash  , no debt and talented cooperate leader , P Eng in charge  to expand  in future.

  Doers it meant once majority  of  those holding new shares at 0.005 being sold off...... volume will  shirink , than it will a bit difficult for it to advance further upward for a long long time ?

Just speculating the " IF" . It might not happen... it might... ...

If it s management decides to consolidate....they must assess that it can sustain... the price...  The danger is if it fails than say it falls back  to the same price now than its a disastrous.... situation where holder loose 10X the value...invested...

Quite a risk...for longist if its busines could not sustain..

If the BB have the warrant by getting the rights issue of cos its cheaper to convert to mother share $0.005 then buying mother share at $0.013 now. Its more important to know where the money will be used if all the warrant is exercise. Everyone already knows how many shares alteady or would be floating in the market.

Kudos to all the directors of Mdr...at the time Mdr was trading at $0.005...if no confidence of turning around the company nobody would have subscribe to all the excess rights and warrants. Now their hardword have paid off.

Pursuant to the Irrevocable Undertakings given by the Undertaking Directors, the Undertaking

Directors have accepted their entitlement of 119,813,332 Entitled Rights Shares with

Warrants, and have subscribed for 351,503,400 Excess Unsubscribed Shares with Warrants,

So as BBs can pay less. This will allow BBs to pay less  from their pocket.

It started off with  Yesterday's closing price at 0.013 then it goes down and goes back up near end of the day - fluctuate between 0.012-0.014 but in the end it falls back to where it started. BUT with very huge volume...  Looks like not very stable yet. Maybe due to the recent 10 billions of warrants convert into share and further dilute future EPS.

 

No debt is a good sign though..
