For me it will be ok to pick up if it is below $1.10 .The current price may go higher if it is able to breakout $1.18 then perhaps can see $1.25 - $1.29..

Demand for PSVs continues - by Yeo Zhi Bin
(SOH SP / STXO.SI, OUTPERFORM - Maintained, S$1.15 - Tgt. S$1.60, Offshore & Marine)
STX OSV has secured a contract for the building of a platform supply vessel (PSV) from NorSea Group AS. We estimate the contract value at NOK300m, within our FY11 order target of NOK13bn (inclusive of eight LPG carriers from Transpetro). As such, no changes to our earnings estimates for FY11-13 or target price of S$1.60, based on 11x CY12 P/E (15% discount to rigbuilders' 5-year mean). We continue to see catalysts from stronger-than-expected orders as well as strong quarterly results, demonstrating steady execution.
