obviously oversold . volume thin in last few days. Shortist run out of shares borrowed. They need to buy back the shares for the yr ended. Company believes shorting its own shares recently. Now also need to fill up its sold shares. China releasing lands is bad for markets, but good opportunity for developers, cos they have more choices, and cheaper prices. Interest rate increased don affect the chinese, cos most of them buy in full cash.don believe all the craps the analsist says. They are bunch of salesman, making u sell when they are buying. when they insist buy , they preparing selling. Thats is their job. So long as the world economies is doing fine, without major crisis. I think capland will catches up . Now they are just diversify their portfolio, selling some local buildings and invest into other areas, eg vietnam, | ||||

On Thursday, Capitaland continue to trend aimlessly and closed at $3.64 with LOW volume of 3.13 million shares traded. A black candle sticks with long upper shadow indicates that investors are not willing to buy up and rather take profit ahead. Both RSI & MACD are bullish as RSI began to trend upwards. what comes down will go up. this share is identical to F&N . When the share is trading at 3.70+ in Jan2010. It stays for 2 months and it went down to 3.67. later in march 2010 , it went up , and never looks back. all the way to 6.50++. and it stays even since. Capland will be the next jewel. As everyone knows it is a ghood company , and never know why the price is so low. My advice is to forget everyday price movement unless u are the trader. the intr. value is at 4.56. i believed market soon will realise the true value, and they may chase . Give more time to this counter. They are sorting their problems in china holdings. China govt releasing more land recently. Mauca court case. If china is not a good bet, why CDL is going in . China is still a good bet, as there are many more province not yet develope. And Capland is also banking on the shopping mall, which is a cash cow in the future. They also betting the next jewel- vietnam. will be catching on the big screen in next few years. Those who in this counter- will be happy to see div in april 2011 when they will be giving out more diviend, maybe to compasate the depress price.

closed 365, no bad though. Important Resistance 1 at 367. if BREAK @ 369, go long (base on 15 days / 20 days ) swing. figure out the exponential. R 2 at 376 for more upside.... ..... ... : ) be happy. |
