The impt level is 19,425.

If break, target by measurement is 16,000.

Thus, all predictions on DJIA or STI are out. Eg... STI is heading towards 2500 and possible 52wks low at ~2200pts.

But, beware of the wild card, i.e. China market's rebound, how strong it will be.

I still haven seen panic yet,  still waiting on the sideline for buying signal...it may take months if not weeks to come.

Markets are such strange places. I remember that only about a month ago, people are so full of hope that world recovery in economies is going to take root in a strong way. Virtually no one had any room in their minds for a turn around situation like this one. This reminds me of Voltaire's interesting definition of "pessimists" and "optimists".

He defined "pessimists" as people who are never happy with the present situations of the world or their environments. They always make a case that this world can be a better place and they never give up trying to change this world or their environment.

He defined "optimists" as people who, on the opposite, are almost always happy with the way things are. They believe that this world is already perfect and does not require any more alterations or improvements. They see no need to change this world at all.
