About US$20m will do. I think they can do it in 2 ways: 1. Issue new convertible loan stock at a lower interest rate (compared to issuing bonds as per item 2) with lower exercise price (for example, at 80cts) compared to the $1.05 ones dated 3 years ago. 2. Issue bonds (higher interest rate compared to item 1 as above) but attached with free warrants. If im BIG, i would prefer the first method. If im an institutional fund, i would prefer the second method. The DES sales is not growing well and looks disappointing to me. Sales flat for the past 3 quarters. Terumo licensing revenue is disappointing. JWMS deal started with lots of hope but somehow it didn't grow is fast. BIG said China DES market is growing at 80% compoundingly when they made the acquisition back in Aug 2007. Back then i think JWMS was already making US$16m a year. If JWMS has been growing as projected, BIG could be doing a secondary HK/China listing (vendor sale) like what Wilmar is planning to do. There is only one main catalyst for this stock now but i don't think it will happen this year.......... |

Maybe is good news, as yesterday got some good news from the biomedical manufacturing cluster, showing output expanded by 11.6 per cent (at June period) due to higher level of pharmaceutical production.

Hanging man is formed, but MACD, DMI and other indicators still show positive, Fibo line 38% t 0.534/0.540 I think is the support and res is 0.58 Look like Monday will be sideline for a while till volumne build up to push further, I entered at 0.51 and yesterday cleared at 0.545 making some coffee money, hoping to come back when trend is stable in few days time. Just for sharing....I like this forum as all of you are very helpful in sharing knowledge and info.... |

U are right, Biosensors formed a hang man pattern on friday which maybe bearish. U can confirm it on Monday trading section: > The confirmation may be in the form of a black candlestick, a large gap down or a lower close.

Hi thomas_low, I agree with you, the next will be 0.585, but may not be fast. On friday (24 Jul 09), Hanging Man??? Need confirmation. Regarding to Fibonachi, the support level 38.2% is 0.535. Please correct me. Thanks.

They give away so many share options to directors/major shareholders so easily at the expense of retails investors and the option can last 5-10years,maybe this time good news to boost share price

Many thanks for your reply and views. $1 is your target price? not by analysts right? But $1 is a ong way to go, the 52 wk high was only 68.5, if there is rumours about the take over, sure will keep to tide over this period of time. but not sure when, therefore can't be holding on too long as it's a loss making company though it's performance is improving. Anyway, thanks again for sharing your views | ||||

finally it started to move again, close at 54 cts, this is a very slow one, what do you think is the best price to out, I bought 10 lots at 52.5 cts 1 month ago, now finally moved. thinking to get out with small profit and buy other counters which can move faster. what price target are you looking at, kindly share, many thanks. | ||||

Tks for your blessing. Same thinking as well. Though panic selling some earlier, but still keeping some. Ds is d way to play d stock trading game, must be able to hold d pinch when hard time comes n do not overjoyed once wounds heeled. Contention n be happy still d words, esp going to be snr citizen soon. As for d young one, preserve energy to strive for next height loh.

This is a potential stock. recent high was $0.575. Then it went down to as low as $0.45. Next monday 1st quarter 2010 results will be out. And every quarter Bio Sensors are improving so many analyst and investors are expected another round of improved results. With Bio Sensors size, it is relatively small but it is developing really good products in this very niche market. maybe in the near future, J&J or other big companies in pharma might just offer to buy over the company.
