Count myself lucky that I bought back half of my 40 lots @90.5¢ this morning. Now have to wait for the god to bless me for my remaining 20 lots lah...hehehe!!! Rebounded suddenly. | ||||

I am also using POEMS. My broker told me it will be a higher com. It's my first time using it, so I don't know the charges. I will call my broker again later to check. However, if later in my favour I will buy back and I will not call him lah....looking at Nikkei, it's down 90+pts so I got chance that this ship sinks after leaking from yesterday.....I am waiting at 88 cents...hehehe!

I have the same thoughts...when the price went down, there's always ready buyers to push the price back to 91.5 cents. Which made me suspect that the BBs were supporting the price to prevent it from eroding further. Well for what reason I dun know, maybe they are positioning themselves for the anticipated "window dressing". Traders88, we short and hold using CFD is to burrow share scripts from the broker that we do not own. That will command higher commission as it's something more than buy and sell later. |

If the general tide is DOWN, BB also cannot do anything to hold at any price. They might go along the tide and sell the stock. They still can make money anyway.

look like BB is here,,,,,,they r not heavy guard at 90cts but when some sellings pressure at tis level,,,,,,sure got buyer push up to 915cts,,,,,,,,so they waiting at 90cts for wat reason,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i thing have to wait for a week again ,,,,,,,,,,long week to go .......abit tire | ||||

Still do not understand why when buying back, you have to pay higher commission. For CFD, isn't the commission the same for buy and for sell??

oh...look at the European mkt now...in red. DJ futures also very red. Tomorrow I can release my 40 lots...anyone wants to buy from me...I am selling for 88¢, cheap, cheap....hehehe!!! Unless SSE tomorrow siao and bull up , that will bring all S-share afloat, this burger is gonna sink tomorrow. I still think my bet is very safe till now, tomorrow dunno!....cheers!! | ||||

Shorting a counter requires to cover back the very day. If not, you leave it overnight and T+4 SGX will buy back for you with the price on that day, hence your faith is in the mkt's mercy. With CFD, we can hold our shorts overnight for days or weeks, but we have to pay a higher commission when we buy back. | ||||
