Have you notice that most of the days NOL has more buyer than seller. And today is such a lousy day to support the price.....Hmmmmm.....why ? |

1.95 is still better than me. Went in @ 2.03 2L . Prepare to stop loss at 1.83 and will buy at lower price since this week Edge mag wrote badly on shipping. Good luck to our ships. |

True enough, but the chance of the HL is low. But again why play a game of chance. I think if you have never ride this stock, try to steer clear. Sold mine at 3.96....so I am buying back some for playing..... Or better, avoid the whole market....really....if possible. Should rename BB as Power Ranger.... |

Without debt the share is going down together with the market due to slow economy, with such a big debt ...........economy is bad now and the worst is yet to come........ EG: If you are buying a big house to collect rent now, compare the heavy loan and rental you collect now, better pray the rental go higher which is peak now and unlikely to happen. What if the rent drop when economy is bad? You might be able to service your loan but it take years for you to break even rental and installment. |

Hi SupremeA, Totally agree, the HL will burst the DAR. But again, how good is the chance of NOL taking HL ? IMO, very low. German, die die must have HL. Or NOL becomes an entity to new HL listed in some euro exhng??? |

If you pay 5B of borrowed money for a 5B shipping company, the NAV is still the same. Now you have a 5B ship company add to NAV and less 5B of debt....... Of course, there are Goodwill and so forth.....Cash and cash eq....will definitely be hit.... Is Optus worth 17B then ? |

When NOL is in debt with HL ... it NAV may become negative ...if it borrow money ... to buy something that is expensive ...

NOL : a) NAV is S$2.6 while Cosco is S$0.42 b) Pple has put a price tag for NOL. And it is no cheaper than 4 dollars. As of today, no one has put a price for Cosco. c) While everybody is saying NOL is buying HL, why not say NOL being injected into HL ? NOL only say it is bidding for HL. d) NOL is 70% controlled by one company. 10% in AXA SA. The free float is lower than 20%. e) Buyer-Seller trade is balanced. For the last 2 weeks. f) Current div yield is 6% @2.28 You decide if 2.28 is a good deal ? Or will it get cheaper ? How abt 1.90 ? |

why when the market is going down and ppl still want to average down? average up is better, do not average down, cheap get cheaper. how many time can you do average down? max. 3 times and you are out of the game. market are not looking good and better to cut or hold instead of averaging. Cosco is a very good example, from $7 average at $5, $4,$3 and now average praying everyday. |

Not sure too. I have some NOL lots in the mid $3. I intend to get a few lots to lower my holding price. Feeling demoralising when the share price keep declining. It seem like no ending as the hole is actually very DEEP. | ||
