There is a massive REVERSE DIVERGENCE in the STI between 11/07 and current peaks in the making. There should be a fast and furious break upwards before continuing in the main trend - DOWN. HAHAHA ! Smiley

Mkt will test 3,000 again this coming week, then come down hard by another 100 pt.

just my personnel opinion for this coming week.

Below is my analysis for next week market.

1. This week, SSE is moving sideway and there is a sign of weakness. I don't know how it's going to move next week until I see its performance on Monday.

2. HangSeng has finally started to move up and would continue to climb next week.

3. STI is already in the overbrought region. If STI is to climb, it would be small.

4. Europe markets have already peak and starting to move down. More fall to come for Europe.

5. DOW and S&P 500 both shows a sign reversal, but I need to see how the markets perform on Monday and Tuesday to confirm this.

Monday and Tuesday are important to determine where the market would move next week.

I'll see how the market moves before making a decision to Buy/Sell.

This is my just personal analysis, don't take it too seriously.

'cow brains'? Do you actually know these people who use HUGE letters actually cannot read the normal font size? It's excusable if true. However I am not sure they can't use their normal brains to think of using reading glasses.

What I mean is there is no need to wait for a crash like the one in 2008. In first half of 2010, there were already 3 buying opportunities in Feb, Mar and Jun. Now is definitely not the right time to buy. There will be opportunities later in the year when you can buy with a much greater confidence level.

For ordinary investors who just need decent returns and have a fulltime job, there is no need to keep trading. We can't predict for sure where the market is heading or know exactly when is the peak or trough . What we can do is aim to buy when the market is at the bottom half and self when it is at the top half. That is not too difficult. Something like what the durian seller say: "bao jia" :D

How many crash you can wait to buy in in 1 life.... My feeling always tell me to trade both directions... Don't understand why some like to buy on dip only and not short on high.. how much fund you can use to keep buying on dip... Those who short or take profit before crash are now cash rich to take more opportunity... Gd luck! Smiley

Cming Mon, STI might alittle red. Red b'cos Blue Chips'll expecting corrections. But sm Mid & Small Caps' counters not really move yet. Cming Mon might b their turns 2 climb even STI red. Like those I hv hint below posting. Cming Mon early morning Nikkei'll red but not much cos last Fri oredi -277.17pts liao. So Dow Future'll hv started 2 active est. index pts. Presently u r seeing Dow Future -233.00pts was stopped 2 est. @ clock 16:21:13 dated last Friday midnite.

SSE & Hangseng'll expect red too. If I'm not wrong, Hangseng wun drop more dan -400pts. Cming Mon Dow Future might green green instead of red... Hurry buy when red red... Especially those counters dat I hv hint.
