Buyers - Someone who is going to buy or has bought the shares, so as to have an open position. To close his position, he will have to sell his shares.

Sellers - Someone who is going to sell or has sold the shares which he does not own, so as to have an open position. To close his position, he will have to buy back shares from the markets.
