He can sell directly the warrant. LPPL But the more warrant is converted, the less warrant floating in the market...means more easy to push it up later...maybe thats why BB are buying more warrant as mother share will follow warrant price eventually. Having say that.... must have buyers for sellers also else nothing will move.... But with such huge  hordes of selling... it won't be so soon.....to finish...
