I did not buy Meiban Gp, did not follow it.

It's difficult to tell where it's heading now, but you could be right... Correction should be over soon.

Yes you are right. The speculators follow where the hot money in this case hot properties are, they buy several or more at any one time, flip when the market goes up and move on.

Those who studied econs would know ... the smartest investors use borrowed money from financial institutions to snowball more money. Risky you say. But of course high risk high return. Natural selection ... the fittest survive. That's why those who are successful are the smartest last men standing who have it in them.

In tis SJ, only Risktaker & Victorf said STI might reach 3k pts. But alot of experts said healthy corrections r cming during Sep-Oct2010. However, healthy corrections need 2 b appeared b4 STI reaches 3.2k pts.

we like shipping and commodity stocks (and a bit of gaming plus hospitality stocks).....we do not like property stocks in the short term (as we adopt to the fundamental rule "Never Lose Money" as risk is high for property stocks after all government measures)....good luck :)

Haha, the highest price I can get from whoever.

I am bugged by property agents all the time anyway. They pay $3 for each name & tel for list of buyers in new projects and some even hire part-time assistant to make calls. They are very 'competitive' these days.
