berlian cheap cheap..3.5cts.. rights issue not fully subscibe. shows not many investors interested even at 3.5cts.. will have abit of hangover | ||||

rights under subscribe.. got all my excess at 3.4cts.. based on current px and rights px.. not much gain.. but at 4 cts.. i see it cant get much worst.. got to hold for longer term for doubler. | ||||

it say bec wan to let institutional investors to take up.. although the report say current px is very very cheap liao.. cant get lower much.. but it may take 1-2 years to recover.. how i see it is, 4.5cts is very cheap liao.. if get excess rights at 3.4cts, then lucki best.. the only thing im dun like about this counter is the debt level.. debt equity ratio stands at above 2.. but short term wise they dun have any debt needs to repay..

Did it say why the major shareholders do not want to take up all their entitlement? Does not give confidence to retailers if they shun their rights?

CIMB call for outperform today.. on their report.. it states the major holder only wish to take up abt 30% of their entitlement for rights.. so i think there will be big chance to get more excess.. will ballot for more this time round.. | ||||

have not receive any documents from them yet.. duno which participating bank are involve. If u are berlian holder b4 XR you may apply for excess rights via atm or the form..

u are entitle to 10 lots of rights.. check ur cpd acct to cfm.. tml last trading day.. so if u wan to sell have to sell liao.. but 10lots u wan to sell also incurr fee.. so bo hua..

Hi, I bought 10 lots since last year May 2009. Does it mean I have the Rights also? If so, how many lots of Rights I'm entitle to and does it mean I can sell at S$ 0.005? Tried to call CDP but the phone line was so busy and been holding for long until the line cut off.... Hope someone here can give some advise. Thanks in advance. |

rights share at 0.034cts.. if can get its rights at 0.005 cts. it will translate it into 0.039cts.. but 0.005 rights not easy to get.. with so many queue to buy.. | ||||

This company make a loss in 2009 and now want to raise money to Buy additional vessels. This don't sit well with many investors. Plus Rights issue often bring down the share price before XR date. I won't Buy this company because of its financial results.
